It was a very beautiful morning in Tokashiki Island. Well, it’s always beautiful here no it’s morning, afternoon or night.

The wakeup call is like usual, 6.30. Today is pretty much the day I’ve been waiting for. Because today we’re going to snorkel! It’s my first time snorkeling. As excited as I am, I’m also afraid that I’m going to get tanned, so I put layers and layers of sunscreen. Haha.

At 8.30 we went to our minibus to go to the Marine activities campsite for snorkeling. The weather was very hot, so I put on some more sunscreen just in case.xD Haha, I am so scared to get tanned! After 30 mins of driving to the place and looking at the beautiful scenery of Tokashiki Island, we finally arrived. At first I was very confused why we’re going snorkeling in a place surrounded by mountains. But when I went pass the gate, there was a very beautiful beach with clear blue water. This beach suddenly became one of my favorite beach!

First of all, all of us gathered in a room for the introductions and instructions on how to snorkel and use all the equipments that’s needed. After that, my group (group A) went snorkeling first. I saw many corals and fishes, it was very interesting. Time passed, and our time is up. 30 minutes feels really fast when we’re having so much fun.

All the participants were very tired, and we just realized that we still have a lecture. I personally don’t like lectures, but today’s lecture was so much fun! We got to act like we’re 10 years old and we played the Shopping Game. The game wasn’t just a game, I learned that from buying things, we have to pay attention not only about the price but also to the disposable cost.

To end today’s tiring day, I went star gazing with Kaori. While we’re stargazing we shared a lot of stories. And I also saw 3 or 5 shooting stars; at first it was very shocking because it’s my first time seeing a shooting star. Apparently, we have to be in our rooms by 10 o’clock, so we went back to our rooms and say good-bye to the beautiful night sky at Tokashiki Island for today.
